Forms, Applications and Refunds Applications for VOM 2012 are now open.
If you encounter any difficulty filling out the form online, please download the application .pdf to your hard drive. PC users, right click on the link and choose Save Link As. Mac Safari users, press the Option key while clicking on the Download button. Make a note of where you saved the form! Navigate to where you saved the application on your hard drive, then double-click to open and fill out the form. You will need the free Adobe Reader to open it. (Mac users: open Adobe Reader first, then the application file. Otherwise the .pdf file will probably open in Preview, which allows you to read and print the form, but not to fill it out on your computer.) Once completed, print out the form and mail it to the address below. Alternatively, you can print out the form, fill it in by hand, and mail it. Be sure to go to “Page Setup” in the Adobe Reader program and choose the “Landscape” orientation before you print the form. Mail the application form
along with your deposit(s) to: Refunds: your deposit check would not be cashed until you have been offered and accepted a space at camp. Once accepted from the waiting list, your final payment would be due by July 1st or as soon thereafter as possible, in order to hold your place at camp.
