FINANCIAL AID:
Financial aid is available for those who need it. Click here for information and forms. If you are applying for financial aid, you must submit both an application to camp and a financial aid application – acceptance to camp is not dependent on financial status.
FEES:
Includes room, board, and tuition for all classes. Participants under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

General: $1495
Children (age 4-12): 1st child: $1355; 2nd + child (same family): $1210
Children (under 4): free
Canvas Tent Cabin (portable facilities)/Will Bring Tent/RV (no hookups, no generator)
All Ages (adults AND children over 4): $1180

DEPOSIT:
Please include a deposit of $100 for every person on your application aged 4 or over (list the names of those under age 4
on the application, though they attend camp free of charge).
Pay your deposit by credit card on our secure website form: If you enter your credit card info on the form, your card will be charged only for the deposit (plus any donation you choose to give). You will have an opportunity to authorize payment of your balance by credit card at a later date. We do not retain your credit card information.
DEADLINES AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
MARCH 1: Registration opens.
MAY 1: Priority registration deadline; Deadline for submitting financial aid applications.
MAY 15: Notification of acceptances to camp sent.
JUNE 1: Notification of financial aid awards sent.
JUNE 15: Deposits processed; no refund of deposit after this date.
JULY 15: Final payment due. No refunds after this date unless we can fill your place(s) at camp; the deposit will remain non-refundable after June 15.
PRIORITY APPLICATION DEADLINE AND ACCEPTANCE NOTICES:
The Priority Application Deadline is May 1. If the number of applicants to camp exceeds the camp’s capacity, a random drawing (lottery) will be done of all those applications received by May 1, and a wait-list will be created for those who are not accepted immediately. Up to 6 people may apply on the same application, and they will be accepted or wait-listed together as a group.
Primary applicant will be notified of acceptance by May 15. All communications regarding camp will be via email (unless you cannot be reached by that means), so be sure to set your email account so that any messages from vomreg@gmail.com will not be intercepted by spam filters.
Acceptance notices will be sent by May 15.
GUARDIANS AND MINORS:
Any applicant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian designated by the parent. Minors who will have an unrelated guardian must go through the lottery with that guardian, and they should indicate the name of the guardian on the application form.
